Meet the Founder
I’m here to shift perspectives in a way that feels empowering and supportive. My work is focussed on helping people sharpen the essential skills needed to lead and thrive in our classrooms and boardrooms.
I’ve always been insatiably curious about what drives us, shapes our thoughts and sparks action. This curiosity led me on a 15-year journey across the globe, immersing myself in everything from NYSE and FTSE 100 giants to agile startups and non-profits.
I’ve witnessed millions poured into leadership and engagement efforts that barely moved the needle. While budgets and ambitions grew, the core challenges remained the same.
Witnessing this intention-impact gap motivated me to deep-dive into psychology, sociology and neuroscience, which eventually led me to create targeted, data-informed leadership and team solutions that simply hit differently.
Today, after 15 years of delivering leadership and team solutions globally, I have brought this expertise back home to Latvia. Together with a team of experts, I help leaders level up and future-proof their work through personalised, data-backed strategies and award-winning methodologies that measure impact every step of the way.
