“I, Leader”: Foundations Level
In eight focused weeks, your team will develop a shared language, deepen mutual understanding and elevate the psychological safety needed to collaborate and perform at their best.
We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your team's current dynamics: mapping cognitive diversity, psychological safety, motivation and wellbeing. From there, we design and deliver a tailored programme of workshops, individual coaching sessions and facilitated conversations that translate data into real behavioural change.

This is our most comprehensive programme that has been developed with today’s leader in mind and has been tested across global organisations, education institutions, government agencies and NGOs. The results and data speak for themselves: conflict resolution effectiveness improves, wellbeing levels rise and teams feel more safe and motivated to collaborate and innovate. Lasting change happens when new behaviours are practised, monitored and reinforced over time.
After the intensive first phase, we stay with your team supporting implementation, monitoring progress through repeat assessments and delivering two additional masterclasses focused on the skills your team needs to develop most.
